When Moses' folks could no longer keep him at their home, they built a papyrus ark to put him in the Nile to save his life. The Queen then became the foster parent. The whole foster care system in an ark until permanency can be found. We provide a ministry to foster families once a month by giving child care so that foster parents can have a night out.
