Know the 10 Warnings Signs is an introductory program that provides attendees with an understanding of the difference between age-related memory loss and Alzheimer's and what to do if they or someone they know has signs of the disease. Attendees will view video footage of real people who are living with the early stages of dementia and their families addressing fears and myths associated with Alzheimer's disease.  Approx. 1 to 1 1/2 hour

For centuries, we've known that the health of the brain and the body are connected. But now, science is able to provide insights into how to optimize our physical and cognitive health as we age. Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.  Approx. 1 hour.
